Appointment Policies
We are committed to providing exceptional care and ensuring that every appointment at Radiant Lab meets your expectations. To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience, please review our appointment policies:
Booking
A consultation is required for first-time clients to discuss your specific needs and determine the best treatment plan. All appointments can be booked through our online system or by contacting us directly.
Deposit
A deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. This deposit will be applied to your treatment cost.
Arrival
- Please arrive 10 minutes before your appointment to allow time for check-in and any necessary preparations.
- Upon arrival, we kindly ask that you wait in your vehicle or outside the office until you receive a text message or call from our team indicating that we are ready for your appointment. This helps us maintain a comfortable and safe environment for all clients.
- If you are running late, please inform us as soon as possible. Arriving late may reduce the time allocated for your treatment or result in rescheduling.
Preparing for Your Treatment
To make the most out of your appointment:
- Please ensure your face is free of makeup and skincare products.
- For consultations, bring any skincare products you are currently using.
- Let us know in advance if you have any allergies or sensitivities that might affect your treatment.
- Body Treatments: Please ensure that any lotion or sunscreen is removed from your skin before your appointment.
- Men’s Face or Body Treatments: We recommend shaving the night before your treatment rather than the day of the treatment. Any visible cuts on the skin may result in your appointment being rescheduled for safety reasons.
Numbing Cream Application for Sofwave™
Please arrive 90 minutes before your scheduled treatment time. Upon arrival, numbing cream will be applied during the first 15 minutes. After the application, you can leave the office and return for your treatment once the cream has taken full effect.
Cancellations and Rescheduling
Timely Notice
Please notify us at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment if you need to cancel or reschedule. This allows us to fill the appointment time with clients who are on our waiting list or seeking same-day appointments.
No-Shows & Late Cancellations
If you cancel your appointment less than 48 hours in advance or do not show up, a cancellation fee of $100 will be charged to the card on file. If a client has a history of two or more no-shows or late cancellations, they may be required to pay the full-service price at the time of booking future appointments.
Appointment Confirmation
As a courtesy, we will confirm your appointment via email, text, and/or phone call a week before and the day prior to your scheduled time. Please ensure your contact information is up-to-date so we can reach you.

Payment Policies
Payment Methods
We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, Venmo, and Zelle. Payments are due at the time of service.
Refunds
All services and products purchased are non-refundable. However, if you have any concerns or are not satisfied with your treatment, please reach out to our team to discuss further.
Consultation Fees
Consultation fees are applied to the total cost of your treatment if you decide to proceed.
Health and Safety
Your health and safety are our top priorities. We adhere to the highest standards of cleanliness and sterilization for all tools and equipment. If you have any symptoms of illness, we kindly ask you to reschedule your appointment to ensure the safety of our staff and other clients.
